3 Tricks To Glam Up Your Home

Those rare times when I’m sitting back at home and I suddenly realize that things can turn out to be weary with time… While, sipping coffee on a rainy day a thought arose… how would you add colours to your boring borrow? A touch of paint or an upholstery that is quaint? The thoughts were hindering and I started envisioning, lost in a sea to find some treasury. If you are lost in the same thoughts, I’ve got some quick recipes to add a whiff of fresh air to your home.

1. A rough & tough seating for notorious kids

A quick DIY trick for your notorious kids

You’ll need 1 tyre,  embroidery thread, adhesive glue, round shaped plank and a drilling machine (Not necessary although. You can always call your electrician and get the drilling done).
Take the tyre, place the plank and put it together with a drill and 4 screws. Use a brush to apply some adhesive glue over the plank and start sticking the embroidery thread in a circular format. You can later use the same steps to stick it on the sides of the tyre. Now use the brush to put a quote of glue over the thread and ta da..! Your kids can explore this new seating!

2. Stylize those ordinary mirrors

Have a bucket that’s broken? Ever thought of utilizing it? Let me help you…take a broken bucket, some paints and a mirror.
Cut the base of the bucket, considering the shape of your mirror (take a circular mirror for better output). It’s time to enliven the artist within you and paint the bucket. Now you can put the mirror inside the bucket and stick it with some glue. Remember..! Stick it such that, you see your reflection when you place the bucket upside down. Finally hang it on the wall as shown in the picture with some nails. Ah..! If you already have a nail drilled in the wall, just hang the bucket on it.

3. Mason jar storage
I’m gonna show you a bucket full of tricks that you could do with these mason jars.

You’ll need –

  • Mason jars
  • A lid for the jar as per your requirement
  • Piece of net
  • A wooden plank

All this time if you were finding something that’s easy to do, this ones for you! Give a rustic look to your bathrooms now. Take a few mason jars and pick a lid for them or simply use a embroidery thread to cover the top. If you wish to hang it on the wall, use a plank and the piece of net, put them together. Don’t you already feel like gazing at it? You can either place the mason jars near the sink of either hang it on the wall.
